Who comes to Meadow

Most clients arrive uncertain whether psilocybin therapy is the right step. That uncertainty is expected.

  • Treatment-resistant depression, anxiety, or burnout
  • Grief, trauma, or a life transition that hasn't resolved on its own
  • A search for purpose, spiritual depth, or clarity about what comes next
  • Chronic pain or illness with a psychological dimension

Psilocybin therapy isn't right for everyone, and we're honest about that. The discovery call exists to find out, safely and without pressure.

Frequently Asked Questions

I don't live in Oregon. Can I still work with you?
Most clients are from out of state. While psilocybin sessions must occur in Oregon legally, preparation and integration happen virtually. Clients fly to Portland for their journey, with assistance planning logistics.
How much does it cost?
Pricing is customized based on individual needs. A detailed cost breakdown and payment plan are provided during the Consultation Call.
Do you accept insurance?
No. Psilocybin services aren't covered by standard insurance, so all offerings are paid privately with transparent, upfront pricing.
Which medical conditions would disqualify me?
Serious psychiatric conditions (bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, psychosis history, etc.) and serious medical conditions (recent heart attack/stroke, unstable heart disease, uncontrolled seizures, etc.) disqualify candidates. Pregnancy and breastfeeding also disqualify participation.
Which medications am I not allowed to take?
Antipsychotics, mood stabilizers, daily benzodiazepines, MAO inhibitors, tricyclic antidepressants, nightly sleep medications, and chronic opioid therapy are prohibited.
How do I get started?
Schedule a Discovery Call on the website for safety and eligibility screening.
